Room 207 Declarations of Independence

When in the Course of student events, it becomes necessary for one student body to dissolve the bonds which have connected them with their teacher.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all students have equal opportunities, that they have the rights to Relaxation, Freedom, Privacy, and the right to Nourishment.

The history of the present Teacher of Room 207 is a history of repeated injustices, such as:

  1. Mr. Skonecki gives us to many projects.
  2. Mr. Skonecki does not allow us to have comfortable chairs.
  3. Mr. Skonecki does not let us text during class.
  4. Mr. Skonecki does not let us play games.
  5. Mr. Skonecki is not fair.
  6. Mr. Skonecki does not allow us to have food or drinks in the classroom.
  7. Mr. Skonecki does not allow us to watch movies over a PG rating.
  8. Mr. Skonecki plays classical music all the time, and we do not like it.
  9. Mr. Skonecki makes fun of his students.

Many students still feel a connection with the Teacher, and have been disappointed with his inability to correct his injustices. The Students of 207 have told Mr. Skonecki plenty of times about their problems, but Mr. Skonecki has done nothing.

Mr. Skonecki is unfit to rule our classroom. He has inflicted much pain on us students, and it is time we take control. We, therefore, the Students of Room 207 dissolve and destroy the bond we have with our teacher, and now declare our independence.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all students have equal opportunities, that they have the rights to Privacy, Comfort, Nourishment, the Pursuit of Happiness.
  1. Mr. Skonecki does not allow us to have comfortable chairs in class.
  2. Mr. Skonecki gives out way to many projects and too short of due times.
  3. Mr. Skonecki does not permit refreshments or snacks in class.
  4. Mr. Skonecki does not permit us to text in class.
  5. Mr. Skonecki does not give us enough time in between learning
  6. Mr. Skonecki is not fair.
  7. Mr. Skonecki does not allow students to sit wherever they please.
  8. Mr. Skonecki does not listen to student’s ideas.
  9. Mr. Skonecki locks our computer screens for bad reasons.
  10. Mr. Skonecki does not give us the right to go outside at the end of each week.
  11. Mr. Skonecki takes forever to fix mistakes in grading so that people worry.

We, therefore, the Students of Room 207 in order to make a more perfect classroom declare our independence. Lord Skonecki is no longer fit to rule the classroom and inflicted much pain on us the students. THEREFORE, it is time we take control, and from this day on rule Room 207 so that we may make it a better place.

The teacher should respect the students opinions because he has not changed any of the complaints we have.

We, therefore, the Students of Room 205 are breaking away from King Skonecki because we have the right to be free and not take what he has put down. We are being the 8th class we want to be.

When in the coarse of student events, it becomes necessary to dismantle the bonds between students and their teachers, students must declare their reasons for separation. Because unfair rules and laws are being passed by Lord Skonecki, the students should have rights to not only change the rules, but overthrow the government. Students have a right to independence, their own government, and freedom from Lord Skonecki. The students in 207 should all be treated as equals. Men or women, all students are equals. They deserve equal opportunities, and they deserve equal rights. If laws passed by Lord Skonecki are unfair, the students have the right to abolish laws and create new ones. Lord Skonecki has been denying students rights. Students have the right to privacy, an education, freedom of speech, nourashment, and entertainment in the classroom. Lord Skonecki has been treating students unfair. This is a list of the Students of 207’s complaints.

Many students feel a bad connection with Lord Skonecki. He treats students with little respect and has unfair rules. He locks people’s computer screens, and assigns way too many projects. This stresses a lot of students out, which isn’t good for their health. We, the students are disapointed with these rules, and want to change them. *

We are sick of Lord Skonecki’s terrible rules and unfair ideas. We want better rules, less homework, and a teacher with more respect for his or her students. We, therefore, the Students of 207, declare are independence from Lord Skonecki.

We the students of Room 207 want to form a more peaceful environment in the classroom. To do this, we must separate from The Evil Shine and establish our own government.

  • The right to be religious in anyway we please.
  • The right to speak our minds.
  • The right to be able to right things without teachers reading them.

  • The Evil Shine talks a lot.
  • The Evil Shine gives too much homework.
  • The Evil Shine gives to many orders.
  • The Evil Shine picks on children.
  • The Evil Shine doesn’t joke around.
  • The Evil Shine keeps the room so cold that our hands freeze.
  • The Evil Shine intimidates me with his tallness.
  • The Evil Shine gives us little time to finish our class work.
  • The Evil Shine does not let the students express their own opinions on what goes on in the classroom.
  • The Evil Shine does not give us opinion in the assignments that are assigned to the classroom.
  • The Evil Shine lets the classroom get so cold that our hands freeze into icicles.
  • The Evil Shine does not let us decide whether we want to be taught or whether we want more class time for the projects that The Evil Shine assigns to us.

Many students still feel a connection with the Teacher, and have been disappointed with his inability to correct his injustices. The next section represents disappointment that these attempts have been unsuccessful.
  • Trying to get him to stop talking so much.
  • Trying to get him to give us more class work time.
  • Trying to talk him out of giving the students so much homework.
  • Trying to tell him to turn the heat up.
We, therefore, the Students of Room 207 think that we should be able to make decisions for the class room rather than the teachers making the decisions.

When King David invades the rights of his fair Students of 207, it becomes their responsibility to dissolve the ties that they have with their teacher.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all students have equal opportunities, that we have the rights to free speech, the right to nourishment, the right to have our own opinions, the right to listen to our own kind of music, and the right to write anything on our blogs.

The history of the present Teacher of Room 207 has a history of repeated injustices, such as
  • Short break times.
  • Not allowing his kids to eat in class.
  • Not allowing his kids to watch movies over a PG rating even though were all 13.
  • Not allowing his kids listen to music with bad words.
  • Sending Ms.Haney out like a scout to look at our computers to check if were listening to music.
  • Looking at our computers all the time and with no warning and locks us.
  • Does not allow us to have IPods, MP3 players, MP4 players, cellphones … ect.
  • Does not allow us to show any affection to the other gender.
  • Plays classical music all the time and we don’t like it.

Many students still feel a connection with the Teacher, and have been disappointed with his inability to correct his injustices.

We, therefore, the Students of Room 207 dissolve the bond we have with our king and are now independent.

When Lord Clean impairs a students rights, it becomes necessary for that student body to dissolve the bonds which have connected them with their teacher.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all students have equal opportunities, that they have the rights to be able to go to the bathroom without a pass. To consult with a peer, to do assignments that are not detriment, to obtain a soda machine, and to be able to vote for unblocking a website. (only if it’s a reasonable site) The history of the present Teacher of Room 205 is a history of repeated injustices, such as:

  • Lord Clean is always making fun of students. (keep doing this one)
  • Lord Clean only allows short breaks.
  • Lord Clean only lets us watch PG movies instead of PG13 or R.
  • Lord Clean gives no warnings before locking computers.
  • Lord Clean also you have a bad taste in music. I mean horrible taste, just horrible.
  • Lord Clean another thing, grow a beard I wanna see what you would look like.
  • Lord Clean has bad jokes.
  • Lord Clean does not let us go outside to play in his class.
  • Lord Clean does not have a soda machine.
  • Lord Clean, what's one way to get rid of reappearing hiccups?
Many students still feel a connection with the Teacher, and have been disappointed with his inability to correct his injustices. The next section represents disappointment that these attempts have been unsuccessful. Growing hair, being funny, getting a soda machine, getting a soda machine, less projects at once, having a good taste in music, letting us go outside, and letting us watch PG13 or R rated movies. We, therefore, the Students of Room 205 declare that you have been an unfair teacher and should change your ways for the sake of this classroom. Also get a soda machine.

In the course of school year it becomes necessary for people to dislike the teachers and express a desire to chart their own course. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all students have equal opportunities, that they have the rights to disagree with Mr. Skonecki’s methods. As students of 205, we have the right to right to privacy. As students, we have the right to happiness. As students, we have the right to parties. As students, we also have the right to eat when we want to.

We, therefore, the Students of Room 205 feel that Mr. Skonecki should not be able to rule our class. We feel that it is our time to be in control.We are now declaring our independence against king Sknoecki and any other teacher that helps out in room 205.

We the class of 207 declare independence from the Lord Dave. We have been hit and made fun of for the last time.

  3. We all have the right to listen to our iPods when ever we want to as long as we work.

We, room 207 has seen and felt what Lord Dave can do and for these reasons, we now declare our independence from Lord Dave.

It has come to our attention that we want to declare independence from from King David. We regret calling King David is unpopular. King David knows what he is doing. If students were to declare their independence of King David we would head into termoil.

King David gives a learning environment that we need. Without King David we would do nothing except play games and fool around. Being independent from King David would give us no guide lines. We would start to lose what we need for life.

King David is reasonable and does what he does to help us. If we declared independence from him we would lose everything he has to offer such as his humor, and his ability to take things lightly. He is an easy-going teacher that doesn’t give a lot of homework. We think it is outrageous to throw away his kindness.

Declaring independence from King David would be disaterous. We would lose all of what King David offers. We could not support ourselves. We need King David to gives us knowledge, discipline and everything that is needed in the classroom.

We regret to report that Skonecdr is very unpopular. We are sorry to say this, but some of our fellow classmates dislike Skonecdr. They want to declare independence and we are strongly against that. We think that the grievances they feel towards Skonecdr is highly outrageous and childish. Others need to learn how to accept and respect things generally. In this case, they need to accept and respect Skonecdr.

The students in our class are saying that he gives a lot of homework. We think that is an outrageous opinion. Skonecdr does not give out a lot of homework at all. In fact, he almost gives less than the average amount of homework every night. Students also say that he invades your privacy and locks your computer without any warning. First of all, we wouldn’t call it “invading your privacy”. He’s not “invading your privacy” because he needs to know what you’re doing during class. He has every right to make sure that you are doing something that you’re supposed to be doing. We think that some students say that he “invades your privacy” because they do things that they don’t want Skonecdr to know about. If you don’t want him to know you are doing it, then you probably shouldn’t even do it. This leads into Skonecdr locking your computer without any warning. Skonecdr locks your computer when you’re doing something that you’re not supposed to be doing. You shouldn’t get mad at him for locking your computer because it is your fault. Are we wrong? Not getting your computer locked is simply as easy as doing what you’re supposed to be doing. Is that so hard? We don’t think so. One other reason why some students dislike Skonecdr is because he doesn’t let them sit where ever they want in the class. Skonecdr doesn’t let you sit wherever you want in the class because if he did, you wouldn’t be able to concentrate and the class would get too loud. However, if you are patient and if you show that you all can be quiet, he might realize that, trust you guys, and then let you guys sit wherever you guys want. All we’re saying is that you have to earn it and that you can’t just get it for free.

Now, there are many reasons why you shouldn’t be against Skonecdr. One reason why you should be loyal to him is because he is a great teacher. What makes him great is how he is different from other teachers. Different is always a good thing. Different stands out and makes you look good because it’s not the same as everything else. Skonecdr is also awesome because he loves to use technology and has students use technology. Technology doesn’t necessarily help you learn better, but there is definitely no great reason not to like using technology. It’s just nice to use it and it really comes in handy when writing a paper or something. Even if you don’t agree with us about Skonecdr being a great leader, either way, you still should always respect and accept your leader no matter.

As is evident, this student body has become rather fed up with the rules and principles that bind us to follow upper power known in this address as Skonecdr. In the following, we wish to express with as much of a sense of propriety and politeness as possible on how fed up and annoyed I am with the judgement shown in governing this student body.

As students we feel as though we should have the right to any type of social interaction weather it be to talk or IM. Any less then what we have now would be a crime directly against are man made and given rights. As students that are practically forced to go to school and learn against are will. We find that we should be able to the right to nourishment when ever we want. If denied any less we feel that it would be inhumane and cruel. But we also feel that our freedom of speech is limited to what Skonecdr feels is appropriate. Which I believe violates our freedom to speech. But our happiness is constantly interrupted but rude and vulgar comments made by Skonecdr. We find this to be rather “messed up” if you will. But most of all we find this to be a direct violation of the rules he makes us follow.

  • Skonecdr takes peoples headphones, without consent, for reasons unknown or absurd.
  • Skonecdr is a hypocrite that has no empathy towards the student body he commands.
  • Skonecdr doesn’t give us proper time to do or play as we wish.
  • Skonecdr doesn’t give us enough field trips.
  • Skonecdr assigns work that we often times aren't prepared for.
  • Skonecdr assigns too much homework to complete in the time frame given.
  • Skonecdr doesn’t allow enough time for us to take a break.
  • Skonecdr doesn’t allow us to nourish our bodies in between lessons.

I believe Skonecdr hasn’t made any attempts to change what we feel is wrong. Skonecdr as I have said has no empathy towards the student body and takes no time to listen to our complaints let alone change them. Skonecdr I believe is ignorant and feels as though he hasn’t done anything wrong. This I find to be a fail in leadership and a fail in looking over what he does.

We the students of 207 find that Skonecdr has many faults in the way he rules. We feel that he will not attempt to fix these and we feel rather trapped. So we the students find that the best and only way we can better our selves is to become independent. This we feel will make all our lives better and much more peaceful. We here forth declare us a independent and free class.
